Bilaal Bulshaawi paid a visit to the Office of the Minister of Communications and Technology of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hon. Mohamed Adan Moalim Ali (Mohamed Somali) in Mogadishu to discuss strategies for expanding digital opportunities for Somali youth.
